Damin grew up in the jewellery industry with his late father Richard teaching him how to make simple jewellery and basic repairs from a young age. by the age of 12 years old making his first stone set ring for a paying customer. Damin has worked in Brisbane Australia for a manufacturing jeweller and after traveling around the world for over a year returned to NZ to managed the family store in Hawke's Bay for three years. Damin's father, mother and brother are jewellers and three extended family members are watchmakers. Annely joined the business in 2012 and is from a beauty therapy background previously having her own beauty therapist business in Hawke's Bay she now co-owns and manages the D.M.Jewellery store's with Damin
