3. No Buy-Back Obligation

We are under no obligation to repurchase, exchange, or provide liquidity for any bullion products once sold, unless expressly agreed in writing at our sole discretion.

Any future buy-back, if offered, may be subject to market conditions, pricing spreads, verification, product condition, and our internal policies at the time.

4. Responsibility Upon Delivery

Risk in the bullion products passes to the purchaser upon payment and delivery (or collection, as applicable).

Once supplied, storage, insurance, transport, security, compliance with applicable laws, and any subsequent dealing with the product is entirely the purchaser’s responsibility.

We are not responsible for:

• Loss, theft, or damage after delivery

• Market value changes after purchase

• Decisions made by the purchaser regarding holding, selling, gifting, or otherwise disposing of the bullion

5. Product Source & Non-Affiliation

Gold and silver bullion products supplied may originate from reputable international mints, including products manufactured by The Perth Mint.

DM Jewellery Design is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or acting as an agent for The Perth Mint, unless expressly stated in writing. All trademarks remain the property of their respective owners.

6. Consumer Law Compliance

Nothing in this disclaimer limits or excludes any rights you may have under the:

• Consumer Guarantees Act 1993

• Fair Trading Act 1986

• Financial Markets Conduct Act 2013

Where you are acquiring goods for business purposes, you agree that the provisions of the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993 are excluded to the extent permitted by law.
