All the online orders over $100 get free delivery within NewZealand. Orders under $100 are a flat rate of $8.50 New Zealand wide.
We use FastWay tracked couries and estimate delivery time is 1-2 working days. We do our best to get your item to you as soon as possible. If you place your orded before 1pm during weekdays (Monday-Friday) are dispatched the same day.
Unfortunately we do not send products overseas
Currently all the transactions take place in New Zealand Dollars. For online purchases we accept PayPal, Mastercard or Visa.
To protect your details and orders we use PayPal. PayPal is monitoring transactions 24/7 so it easy and safe. The encryption keeps your online transactions heavily guarded from start to finish. If there’s a problem with a transaction, PayPal will put a hold on the funds until the issue is resolved.
If You don't love your piece of jewellery return it unused in the original packaging within seven days of purchase and we will exchange it for You.
Return postage is in Your own expense.
